Which filter is best for a home with kids?

MERV 11 is the best balance for most family homes: it catches finer dust, pollen and pet dander while keeping airflow easy on your system. If allergies are a concern, MERV 13 filters the finest particles.

How often should I change my filter?

Most homes do well with a change every 60 to 90 days. With pets, allergies or a system that runs a lot, every 30 to 60 days keeps the air cleaner and your system running better.

How do I find my size?

Check the size printed on the frame of your current filter, for example 20x25x1. That is the nominal size. The actual filter is slightly smaller so it slides in easily, and we show the actual dimensions next to every size.

How fast is delivery?

Most Long Island orders arrive in 1–3 days. After that, every delivery ships on the schedule you picked.

Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Yes, anytime. There is no minimum number of deliveries.
