Good questions

Questions about delivery

How does local delivery work?

Pick your size, filter rating and schedule once. We make your filters in Farmingdale and deliver them to your door across Long Island, with free shipping on every order. Most orders arrive in 1–3 days.

Do you deliver to my town?

Yes. We deliver across Long Island, in both Nassau and Suffolk counties.

How often should I change my filter?

Most homes do well with a change every 60 to 90 days. With pets, allergies or a system that runs a lot, every 30 to 60 days keeps the air cleaner and your system running better.

Which filter rating should I choose?

MERV 8 handles everyday dust and pollen. MERV 11 is the best balance for most homes, catching finer dust, pet dander and pollen while keeping airflow easy on your system. Choose MERV 13 for allergies and smoke, or the Odor Eliminator if smells are the main problem.

How do I find my size?

Check the size printed on the frame of your current filter, for example 20x25x1. That is the nominal size. The actual filter is slightly smaller so it slides in easily, and we show the actual dimensions next to every size.

Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Yes, anytime. There is no minimum number of deliveries.

Is the 10% really for life?

Yes. The discount is built into every delivery on your subscription and does not expire while your subscription is active.

When am I charged?

You pay for your first delivery today. After that you are charged for each delivery on its scheduled date, never months in advance.

What if I order the wrong size?

Get in touch and we will exchange it for the right size.
