Before you order.

Can you really build any size?

Any width and length from 6 to 60 inches, in eighth-inch steps, in 1, 2 or 4 inch depth. Custom filters are cut from standard stock and then cut and capped to your exact measurements.

What's the difference between nominal and actual?

A store filter labeled 20x25 actually measures 19.5 by 24.5, because the label describes the opening rather than the part. Custom filters are built to the exact number you enter, so measure the opening itself.

Which MERV should I pick?

MERV 8 handles everyday dust and lint. MERV 11 adds pollen and pet dander, which suits most Long Island homes. MERV 13 catches smoke and fine particles. There's also an activated carbon Odor Eliminator for cooking smells, pet odors and VOCs.

What if it doesn't fit?

We exchange it free. Even on custom sizes — if the fit is wrong, we'll make it right rather than leave you with a filter you can't use.

How long does the discount last?

Permanently. It attaches to your account on first use and applies to every order after that. No minimum, no membership fee, nothing to renew.

What if I'm not on Long Island?
