Good questions

Quick answers

How does it work?

Pick your size, filter type and schedule one time. We make your filter in New York, USA and ship it to your door for free. That's it.

Do you ship to my state?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states, and shipping is free on every order.

How fast is delivery?

Standard sizes ship in 1 to 2 business days. After your first order, each filter ships on the schedule you picked.

Which filter is best for a home with kids?

MERV 11 is right for most family homes. It catches small dust, pollen and pet dander, and air still flows easily. If someone has allergies, pick MERV 13.

How often should I change my filter?

About every 2 to 3 months for most homes. Every 1 to 2 months if you have pets or allergies, or run the heat or AC a lot.

How do I find my size?

Look at the side of the filter you have now. The size is printed on the frame, like 20x25x1. Pick that size here. Our filter is a tiny bit smaller so it slides in easily.

What if my size isn't listed?

We make custom sizes too. Tap "Size not listed?" under the size menu.

Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Yes, anytime. You never have to buy a set number.

Is the 10% really for life?

Yes. You get 10% off every delivery for as long as you stay subscribed.

When am I charged?

You pay for the first filter today. After that, you pay each time a filter ships, never ahead of time.

What if I order the wrong size?

Tell us within 30 days and we will send the right size for free. You can keep or recycle the wrong one.
