Good questions
Quick answers
Where are my filters made?
At our shop at 217 Central Ave in Farmingdale, Long Island. We make, pack and ship every filter there.
How fast is delivery on Long Island?
Delivery is free to every town in Nassau and Suffolk. Orders ship within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) and arrive in 1 to 2 business days in most of Long Island, and 1 to 3 in the Hamptons, Shelter Island, Southold and Queens. Type your address above to check yours.
Do you ship outside Long Island?
Yes. Shipping is free to all 50 states.
Which filter should I pick?
MERV 11 is right for most homes. It catches small dust, pollen and pet dander, and air still flows easily. If someone has allergies, pick MERV 13.
How do I find my size?
Look at the side of the filter you have now. The size is printed on the frame, like 20x25x1. Pick that size here. Our filter is a tiny bit smaller so it slides in easily. Size not listed? We make custom sizes too.
What if I order the wrong size?
Tell us within 30 days and we send the right size for free. Keep or recycle the wrong one.
Can I pause, skip or cancel?
Yes, anytime. You never have to buy a set number, and the 10% stays for as long as you are subscribed.
When am I charged?
You pay for the first filter today. After that, you pay each time a filter ships, never ahead of time.
Can I talk to a real person?
Yes. Call or text us at (516) 634-3330. We are right here in Farmingdale.
