Good questions

Quick answers

How does it work?

Pick your size, filter type and schedule one time. We make your filter in Farmingdale and bring it to your door for free. That's it.

Where are you located?

We make every filter at our shop at 217 Central Ave in Farmingdale, Long Island.

How fast is delivery on Long Island?

Most Long Island orders come in 1 to 3 days. After that, each filter ships on the schedule you picked.

Do you deliver to all of Long Island?

Yes. Delivery is free to every town in Nassau and Suffolk.

Can I talk to a real person?

Yes. Call or text us at (516) 634-3330.

Which filter should I pick?

MERV 11 is right for most homes. It catches small dust, pollen and pet dander, and air still flows easily. If someone has allergies, pick MERV 13.

How often should I change my filter?

For a 1-inch filter, about every 2 to 3 months in most homes. Every 1 to 2 months if you have pets or allergies, or run the heat or AC a lot. Thicker 4-inch filters can last 6 months or more.

How do I find my size?

Look at the side of the filter you have now. The size is printed on the frame, like 20x25x1. Pick that size here. Our filter is a tiny bit smaller so it slides in easily.

What if my size isn't listed?

We make custom sizes too. Tap "Size not listed?" under the size menu.

Can I pause, skip or cancel?

Yes, anytime. You never have to buy a set number.

Is the 10% really for life?

Yes. You get 10% off every delivery for as long as you stay subscribed.

When am I charged?

You pay for the first filter today. After that, you pay each time a filter ships, never ahead of time.

What if I order the wrong size?

Get in touch and we will swap it for the right size.
